Sponsors cover the subscription while beneficiaries focus on recovery. Billing stays private, and access is controlled by the sponsor.

Email-locked invites

Invites are tied to the beneficiary’s email to prevent misdirected access and keep control with the payer.

Private billing

Beneficiaries see who pays but never see card details or invoices. Receipts go only to the sponsor.

Pause, resume, or revoke

When a sponsor pauses or revokes, entitlements update automatically. Beneficiaries see status clearly in-app.

Full feature access

Sponsored users get the same planner, reminders, symptom tracking, journaling, and clinician-ready exports.

GentleStep does not set doses or provide medical advice. Clinicians remain responsible for treatment decisions.
